| URGENT UPDATE: Rev. Master instructed the Molena Expansion Committee on Oct 27, 2008 to put the project on hold till further notice. |

 Current Status
- Final Drawing for Masters Cottage and South Wing are ready
- Cottage drawings have been sent for county approval and South Wing drawings for state approval
- Initial bids/quotations have been received
- Some time will be spent on value engineering to look for lower cost materials
- Construction cost is expected to go down in the coming months.
- Revised project plans and bids will be submitted to Rev. Master who will then advise on the start date.
